The first appearance or should I say launch of the Kanye West x Louis Vuitton Sneaker Collection is near. The collection is high priced and very high fashioned, check out the video above for a real life look at the new footwear.
This is the showing of the official video for the track Paranoid off the album 808's & Heartbreaks album starring Kanye and Rhianna. Because of licensing reasons I was force to take the real video down. The video is visually exciting and comes a off very trippy looking. After being talked about almost as much as the footwear collection, the music video is finally released and doing well by viewers approval. I apologize youtube snubbed me.
The Mishka 2009 Summer Lookbook is finally posted. Shot by photographers Marley Kate which features Dan Felton & friends in scenes of New York City past and present. This collection is true Mishka fashion. The entire collection is available now for order online or at any of our retailers worldwide.

Brand new song performed live at Santos Party House in NYC on May 21st. The harmonized lyrics and background band all add together to create a great sound. Outasight born and raised in NY, says he has plenty of influences such as Stevie Wonder, Mos Def, Marvin Gaye and The Beatles. This fresh sound is creating a strong buzz.

The movie out in December 25, 2009. Director Guy Ritchie gives Sherlock a little edge and unrealistic abilities but this movie still looks worth seeing. Reports have surfaced that Guy Ritchie was told to reshoot some 5 weeks worth of scenes, but i wont hold it against him. With detective Sherlock Holmes (Downey Jr.) and his stalwart partner Watson (Law) engage in a battle of wits and brawn with a nemesis whose plot is a threat to all of England. A great classic remastered for todays eye's and worth seeing as, Downey Jr. continues his run to the top.

Remember the Breakfast Club, and Pretty in Pink, well check out Phoenix and their song "lisztomania", set to the Brat Pack 80's movie scenes. This mash-up is pretty good but not the official video for the French band, who stars Laurent Brancowitz a guitarist whose proclaim of fame was the foundation and influence for the creation of the group Daft Punk. Brancowitz joined Pheonix late after a short lived band called Darlin' with Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, who eventually became the notable Daft Punk. Lisztomania is a 2009 single for the group who is on tour now. This video is a great way to show a song visually, although probably made by a fan check out 1:01 into it, lol does Duckie Dale from from Pretty in Pink know the words?

A project between Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, and Pharrell Williams to create CRS, standing for Child Rebel Soldier. CRS was suppose to be in production already. This song by the "Big Three," features Thom Yorke of Radiohead singing the chorus. We hope for some CRS in the near future, for now though sit back and enjoy US Placers.
Mr. Hudson is the latest artists to emerge off of Kanye's label (G.O.O.D Music). Coming from the lands of England with one thing on his mind to be successful with Kanye in the United States. Below is an excerpt from the Pitchfork.com interview with Kid Cudi and boy o boy did they squeeze the info out of Cudi. With plenty of surprises as well as news on collaborations this might be one hell of an album. You can check out the whole album at the below URL copy and paste it.
Pitchfork: So you're working with Kanye West and will.i.am on the record. How would you compare their producing styles?
KC: They are very much the same as far as they understand the idea of creating your own sound. That's something I'm trying to master. Even though I kind of have my own sound right now, people are taking it. Instead of being inspired by it and trying something different too, they are just doing the same thing. Now I have to be ahead of myself so I don't just fit into the realm of everybody who sounds like me.
Pitchfork: How do you plan on doing that?
KC: I'm making the album really experimental-- it sounds like nothing you've heard before.
Pitchfork: Yeah, but what if it does sound like something I've heard before?
KC: I'll bet you $50 right now. Guaranteed. This is an imaginary handshake.
Pitchfork: I'll hold you to that...somehow.
KC: I want my money, man! [laughs]
Pitchfork: Who else is producing on the record?
KC: I've got Ratatat, Ryan Leslie, 88-Keys, Alchemist. I'm going into the studio with Just Blaze and Swizz Beatz soon. I want to work with Postal Service, too. And I'm supposed to be getting into the studio with Band of Horses.
Pitchfork: Band of Horses? Really?
KC: I'm not playing games, man. This is real.
[Apparently this might actually happen. When asked about a Cudi collaboration, Band of Horses lead singer Ben Bridwell sent us this message: "We're psyched about the possibility of working with Cudi. We haven't had a chance to discuss anything yet, but I'm all for it. I love what he did with our melody on [Cudi mixtape track] 'The Prayer', and super humbled he'd even use a bit of the vocal. I hadn't up to that point heard any shit so real. Or since."]

This video is from last July and I'm still bumping it. Not sure if a lot of people missed this song/video/commercial but I'm definitely down with the converse movement. Blending the sounds of N.E.R.D with Santigold (formerly known as Santogold), and then putting the lead singer of The Strokes Juian Casablancas in the mix. This is one song if you don't like it or it doesn't catch you at first give it another shot.

"In RiP: A remix manifesto, Web activist and filmmaker Brett Gaylor explores issues of copyright in the information age, mashing up the media landscape of the 20th century and shattering the wall between users and producers.
The film’s central protagonist is Girl Talk, a mash-up musician topping the charts with his sample-based songs. But is Girl Talk a paragon of people power or the Pied Piper of piracy? Creative Commons founder, Lawrence Lessig, Brazil’s Minister of Culture Gilberto Gil and pop culture critic Cory Doctorow are also along for the ride.
A participatory media experiment, from day one, Brett shares his raw footage at opensourcecinema.org, for anyone to remix. This movie-as-mash-up method allows these remixes to become an integral part of the film. With RiP: A remix manifesto, Gaylor and Girl Talk sound an urgent alarm and draw the lines of battle.
Which side of the ideas war are you on?"
Thanks Jemma =)

Smooth sounds and a voice from the past pretty much sums up Rapheal Saadiq. His voice has an eerie feel to it with plenty of people saying he's a back to the future mo-town singer. To me he is just one of the view great singers of our time. No voice editing or auto-tune needed with him. A great video and a great artists who is taking music in the right direction. Check out Raphael Saadiq and get him in your i-pod as soon as possible.

Sara Watson is a british aspiring art student with a solution to parking problems. Thats right the invisible car, a piece she's focused on for an art course at the University of Central Lancashire which she attends. The key to this is the artists technique that she uses in painting. Sara Watson uses a british car called a Skoda Fabia. Panting and adjusting it to the right angle, making the car appear invisible. The painting of the car makes this a unique piece. Check it out I repeat this is not, photoshopped in any way just extraordinary art.
A snippet showing everyone all the work that goes into the making of these videos. Wale an upcoming performer from DC that blasted on to the scene in 2008 fortifies his position in the game we call hip hop with his latest track, Chillen ft. Lady Gaga.
Spotted on www.kanyeuniversecity.com/blog, problems with having air play showed fatal as the video for "Two Words," ft Mos Def went unreleased. This video is sick and should totally be aired now. Kanye refused to take the titles off, production said it looked too much like a t.v. show going off with credits. Kanye stood ground hard to believe this was his only his 3rd video.

Not really a fan of Tyga but definitely feeling this track. Looking pass just this track this video is shot great. Mickey Finnegan's eye for representation for an image to lyric connection. Great Stills came out of this video. Not many videos out there like this anymore. Great job to director, mickey finnegan, as well as the producers emile mocey-hanton, and jamie r. robinson. Great all around shot. I will admit it also is a great track Tyga more of this is needed!
These shoes have been quiet the buzzz for sneaker heads out there. Most only got one shot at these, and thats waiting outside a store 24 hours, and thats not a definite. Kanye West and the Air Yeezy's are the hype of the town if your only so lucky to get your hans on two!, put a pair under the bed for safe keeping.
