The Brooklyn Museum exhibit displayed now till January 2010. Go support this exhibit which gives credit to the photographers behind Rock & Roll. Photographs from Mick Jagger, The Beatles, Biggie, The White Stripes, The Ramones, Kurt Cobain, as well as plenty more. For those of you who don't know the buzz around Chauffeur, I'll make it simple. Mark Ronson + Theophilus London + Sam Sparro = Chauffeur. Fair enough with one single already buzzing on blogs, the group looks promising. Playing an eight minute set at the Levi's/Fader event simply because of the lack of material although it is one hell of an eight minute set. Song of the Week- Julian Casablancas "11th Dimension"
The Strokes frontman, steps out into the world of solo artists. Leading single of the album Phrazes For The Young. This is a total unexpected turn of expectancy, not the average Indie-Rock, Strokes song. I find this song brilliantly pieced together with an 80's touch of rock-dance sounds. This leads me to give a 4 out of 5 Stars. Go support music!
